Our facility houses 11 certified kitchens.  5 Full Cooking Kitchens, 4 baking kitchens, 2 prep kitchens.

K1 Full cooking kitchen with 300 sq. ft. equipped with: 1 - 4 burner stove, 1 - 6 burner stove, 1 - 24" flat top griddle, 1 smoker, 1 - single deck convection oven, 1 wok station, 55 cups rice cooker. 1 - 3 compartment sink, 1 hand wash sink, prep tables, 1 - 2 door under the counter refrigerator.

 K2 Full Cooking Kitchen with 300 sq. ft. space, equipped with 1- 4 burner stove, 1 - 36" flat top griddle, 2 - single deck ovens (natural gas), 55 cups rice cooker, 1 door reach-in fridge.  1 - 3 compartment sink and 1 hand wash sink, prep tables.

K3 & K4: Full cooking kitchens with 500 sq. ft. Equipped with: 1 - 6 burner stove/range 1 - 4 burner stove/range 1 - 24 ft. wide flat top griddle. Work station burner. 1 - double deck oven (natural gas), 1 - 2 door reach-in fridge. 1 - 55 cups rice cooker. 3 - compartment sink 1 hand wash sink, and prep tables.

B4 Cooking kitchen Room #5: 300 sq. ft. space, equipped with 1 single deck oven (natural gas), 1 - 6 burner stove/range, 1 door reach-in fridge, 3 compartment sink, 1 hand wash sink, prep tables.

3 Baking kitchen spaces:  300 sq. ft.  Equipped with 1 single deck convection oven (natural gas), 1 - 2 door reach-in fridge, 1 - 20 qt. mixer with accessories (hook, paddle, whisk), 1 microwave, 1 - 3 compartment sink, 1 hand wash sink, and prep tables. (B1, B2, B3).

1 Baking kitchen space:  300 sq. ft.  Equipped with 1 single deck convection oven (electric), 1 - single door reach-in fridge, 1 - 20 qt. mixer with accessories (hook, paddle, whisk), 1- 60 qt. Hobart mixer with accessories (hook, paddle, whisk), 1 - 3 compartment sink, 1 hand wash sink, and prep tables.  (B5)
